Spatial Barcoding Kit

Bring AtlasXomics Into Your Own Lab

AtlasXomics kits

Bringing AtlasXomics into your lab is simple. The FlowGel platform, our streamlined, fluidics-free evolution of DBiT-seq designed for effortless adoption, integrates seamlessly into standard pathology and single-cell workflows, requiring only a basic epifluorescence microscope, common molecular biology tools, and a single accessory—the AtlasXpress, which ensures precise placement of our microfluidic chip onto a tissue section mounted on a standard charged glass slide. Each Spatial Reagent Kit includes all reagents and chips needed to generate a spatial epigenomics library. After preparation, libraries can be processed for next-generation sequencing using the same workflows already familiar from single-cell assays.

Workflow Built Around Standard 1×3" Charged Slides
Designed to work directly with FFPE (5 µm sections) or fresh-frozen tissue (7–10 µm sections) mounted on standard charged glass slides.
Seamless Integration Without Expensive Custom Instrumentation
Fits directly into standard molecular biology and single-cell workflows and does not require any costly proprietary instruments—only routine lab equipment and the AtlasXpress accessory.
Easy-to-Learn Platform Using Familiar Workflows
Combines established in-situ chemistry with standard single-cell library prep methods, making the platform easy to adopt and operate with skills your lab already has.
One Core Protocol Across All Modalities
All AtlasXomics assays—including ATAC, CUT&Tag, DNA methylation, and Coprofiling—share a common core workflow. Learn one modality, and you can run them all with minimal additional training.
